I'm Shahar Wider, an entrepreneur, engineering leader, and AI specialist. I founded and sold a company, and I've run development departments at deep-tech and technology firms. I've been building machine-learning pipelines since 2015, I design and run complex multi-agent systems, and I lead full organizational transformations in how companies work with AI, from front-line teams to leadership.
