Terms of Service

Who We Are, and What These Terms Cover

Wider Group is the trading name we use for AI and Claude training delivered by Shahar Wider. If you have questions about these terms, write to shahar@wider-group.com.

These Terms of Service cover your use of this site, your account, and your access to course modules once it's been granted. They are not purchase terms. We don't yet sell courses through the site, so nothing here covers payment, cancellation, or refunds. When checkout goes live, we'll publish separate terms for that and link to them from here.

Definitions

A few terms come up throughout this document. The Site means wider-group.com and everything on it. Wider Group means the business described above.

User, or you, means anyone browsing the site or holding an account. Content means anything published on the site, including text, video, exercises, and course materials.

Course or Module means a specific unit of training content, whether delivered live, recorded, or as written material. Account means the profile you create to sign in. Entitlement means access we've granted you to a specific module.

Eligibility and Accounts

You can create an account with a Google sign-in or with an email and password. To open an account, you need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent if you're younger.

Keep the details on your account accurate, and keep your login private. If someone accesses your account because you shared a password or left yourself signed in on a shared device, that's yours to prevent, and we're not responsible for the outcome.

Accounts carry different roles, free, paying, instructor, or admin, each with its own level of access. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Course and Content Access

Access to gated course modules, what we call an entitlement, is granted by an admin on our team. It isn't self-service yet. You don't get it automatically when you sign up, and you don't buy it through the site today.

An entitlement gives you a personal license to use the course material for your own training. It's not transferable and it's not a license to resell, redistribute, or publish the material anywhere else, in full or in part.

Some entitlements expire on a set date and some don't. Check the module page or your account for the details that apply to you, and don't assume access is permanent unless we've told you it is.

Acceptable Use

Don't scrape the site, try to access parts of it you're not entitled to, or attempt to break its security. Don't share your login or the gated course content with anyone who hasn't been granted access.

And the basic rule that applies everywhere. Nothing unlawful, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.

Intellectual Property

The site, its design and branding, and the course materials belong to Wider Group, its instructors, or both. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

The license described in the section above, personal and non-transferable, is the only right you get. Everything else stays reserved.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We teach you how to work with AI and Claude. What you build with that after the course, in your job or your business, depends on how you apply it. We don't promise a specific business result, a promotion, or a particular skill level.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent Israeli law allows, our liability to you under these terms is limited, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, things like lost profit or lost data that follow from using the site or the courses.

Third-Party Services

The site runs on infrastructure provided by other companies. The exact list, and what each provider handles, is in our Privacy Policy. We won't repeat it here.

If a link on the site takes you somewhere else, that site is not ours, and we're not responsible for what's on it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the site and the business grow. The date at the top marks the version currently in effect. We'll post any change here rather than notify you individually, so it's worth checking back if you want to know what's changed.

Governing Law

Israeli law governs these terms, and any dispute arising from them belongs in the Israeli courts.
