Claude Skills

Claude Skills for teams: teach a job once, reuse it

Claude Skills are folders of instructions, examples and helper files that teach Claude one job, done the way your organization does it. Claude loads a Skill only when the task calls for it, so nobody has to paste the same briefing into every conversation.

Put simply, a Skill takes what lives in your most experienced colleague's head and makes it something the whole team can run. That could be how a quote is written, how a month is closed, or what a clean report looks like. Our workshop teaches you to spot which jobs deserve a Skill and to build the first ones.

What a Skill does that a good prompt cannot

A prompt lives in one conversation and dies with it. A Skill is saved, updated in one place and shared, so when someone improves it everybody gets the improvement. It can carry a template, a checklist and examples of good output, not just a line of instruction.

Because Claude pulls it in on demand, you can keep dozens of Skills without crowding every chat. You get fewer repeated explanations, and less variation in what different people get back from the same job.

Who it is for

Skills suit anyone who repeats the same work. L&D leads who want consistent material, finance teams with a close process, sales teams writing proposals, operations with procedures. If your team says it always does something a certain way, you already know which Skill you need.

No programming is required. A first Skill is mostly clear writing about how a job is done, and the person who knows the job best writes it best. Teams that want to wire in scripts and tools can do that too, but it comes second.

What the workshop covers

We start from a real job in your team and take it apart: what goes in, what counts as a good result, where Claude usually goes wrong. From there we build a first Skill, run it on live material and fix it until it holds.

Then we learn to split a big job into several Skills, to write the description that makes Claude load the right one at the right moment, and to test a Skill before it reaches the rest of the team. All of it on your own material, in Hebrew or English.

Where organizations get stuck without them

Without Skills, knowledge stays with people. Each employee phrases the request their own way, the new hire starts from zero, and the quality of the result depends on who happened to be at the keyboard. When someone leaves, the procedure leaves with them.

You come out with a few working Skills, a method for choosing the next ones, and simple upkeep rules: who owns each Skill and when it gets rechecked. The full course carries on from there with hands-on practice.
