Purchase Terms

This page covers purchases only: digital course access and one-on-one sessions. It doesn't cover your general use of the site or your account, that's in the Terms of Service at /terms.

An access purchase means immediate, gated digital access to the topics you bought on the site. Nothing physical ships to you, and there's no expiry unless the offer you bought says otherwise.

A session purchase means a booked date, and the training happens on that date.

The price shown in ₪ is final and includes VAT. There are no hidden fees. Instalments are available only if the offer you bought states them.

Card payments are cleared through Paperless. We never see or store your card details at any point.

A tax receipt is issued for every order and linked from your account.

Israeli law gives you a 14-day distance-sale cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Law. For a digital course purchase we apply our own rule instead, and it's more generous before you start: a full refund any time before you first open the content you bought, and none after.

By completing this purchase, you expressly request that access to the digital course content be provided to you immediately, before the 14-day period ends, and you acknowledge that, under the Consumer Protection Law, the 14-day cancellation right for this content does not apply once you first open it. Beyond that baseline, Wider Group also offers its own, more generous refund policy: a full refund any time before you first open the content you bought.

The site records the exact moment you first open the content you bought, and that's the moment this rule goes by.

You can cancel a one-on-one session any time up to the session date for a full refund, no fee. That's at least as generous as the law requires.

After you first open the content you bought, or after the date of a booked session, there's no refund beyond what the law requires.

A purchase gives you access to the topics named in the offer you bought, for the period the offer states, or with no time limit if that's what it says. Access is tied to your account and isn't transferable.

Israeli law governs these terms, and any dispute arising from them belongs in the Israeli courts.
