The fine print
Partner Program Terms
Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. How the Program Works
1.1 The Wider Group partner program is by invitation only. After you accept the invitation, complete your details and sign the Partner Agreement, Wider Group enables one or more Offers for you. For each Offer you get one link and one code. Your audience gets a discount, and you earn a commission on paid orders that come through your link or code.
1.2 Your discount, your audience's price and your commission rate for each Offer are shown in the Portal. Wider Group sets them for each partner and each Offer.
1.3 These terms are part of the Partner Agreement. If they conflict with it, the Agreement prevails. In these terms “you” means the Partner.
2. Who Can Join
2.1 Joining is by an invitation sent by email to the person or business invited. The invitation link is personal and expires after 14 days. Do not pass it on.
2.2 You must be at least 18 and use your real legal identity. In Israel: a licensed dealer (עוסק מורשה), an exempt dealer (עוסק פטור) or a company, with an Israeli bank account in your own name. In the United States: a US person for tax purposes who provides a Form W-9, with a bank account in your own name.
2.3 When you join, you give Wider Group the channels and handles you will promote on and say whether most of your audience is under 18, and you keep these details current (clause 12.1).
2.4 Wider Group may decline an application, and may pause or end a partner under the Agreement.
3. Links, Codes and the wider_ref Cookie
3.1 Your link leads to the Offer's checkout or to the landing page Wider Group sets for it. When a visitor opens your active link in a browser, we set a cookie named wider_ref in that browser for 30 days. An inactive link, a bot, prefetching or a link preview sets no cookie. The cookie holds the link or code the visitor used, when it was set and how, and a signature that prevents tampering. It holds no name, email or other personal detail.
3.2 At checkout the visitor sees a notice that the partner code is applied and that a cookie is kept for 30 days so the discount stays applied and the partner gets credit. The cookie is set when the link opens, and the notice appears at checkout. The visitor can remove the code or continue at the regular price.
3.3 A visitor can also type your code at checkout. If your audience opens your link in an app's built-in browser and then switches to another browser, the code at checkout still works, so write it next to the link.
3.4 Use the link exactly as the Portal shows it. Clicks by bots, prefetching and link-preview tools do not count. Do not set the cookie in any other way (see the banned practices).
4. Attribution
4.1 An order counts for you when the buyer came through your link or entered your code, and then paid on Wider Group's online checkout.
4.2 For the Offer the link or code relates to, the last link click or code entry before the order is created wins, even if it belongs to another partner. An unpaid order keeps the attribution it was created with, unless the buyer restarts it with a newer link or code. A link click or code entry is valid for 30 days.
4.3 Buying through your own link or code earns no discount and no attribution.
4.4 Test, fraudulent and manipulated orders earn nothing. Wider Group's records are the primary evidence of attribution. If you think a Statement has an error, you are asked to raise it within 30 days (clause 6.2 of the Agreement).
4.5 Attribution depends on the buyer's browser and device. Cleared cookies, an app's built-in browser or a purchase on another device can prevent it. Wider Group does not guarantee that every link click or code entry will be attributed to an order.
4.6 Your dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups from visitors who accepted all cookies, purchases, conversion and commission. It never shows a buyer's name, email, account or IP address, only a random order reference, the day, the Offer, the amount excluding VAT, the commission and the status.
5. Commission and Payouts in Brief
5.1 Commission is your rate for the Offer multiplied by the amount the buyer paid excluding VAT (after the discount), and only on orders paid at the checkout. There is no commission on clicks, leads or sign-ups.
5.2 Commission matures after 30 days. A refund before the commission is included in a Statement voids it. A refund after that is deducted from later Statements.
5.3 Wider Group closes a Statement every month. In Israel: a payment demand, payment by bank transfer after withholding at source, and a tax invoice or receipt within 14 days of payment. In the United States: a W-9 on file and payment in US dollars.
5.4 The binding rules are in the Agreement and the US Addendum. This is a summary only.
6. Marketing Rules: Disclosure
6.1 Everything you publish or send to promote Wider Group, or that carries your link or code, is an advertisement, even if you are paid only commission or received free access.
6.2 It must open with the disclosure. For Hebrew content: “פרסומת | Wider Group”. For English content: “#ad, I earn a commission from Wider Group”. Plain text, in the first words. For content in both languages, both disclosures.
6.3 Next to every link and code, say in plain words, in the language of the content, that you earn a commission on purchases through it. If you also received free or discounted access, a gift or any other benefit, say that too, for example: “I got free access to this course from Wider Group, and I earn a commission on sales made with my code.” Disclosing only the free access is not enough. If you received free or discounted access, a gift or any other benefit, say so in every piece of content that mentions Wider Group, whether or not it carries a link or code.
6.4 The Portal gives you copy-ready disclosure lines in Hebrew and English. Use them.
7. Marketing Rules: Where the Disclosure Goes
7.1 Written posts, captions, newsletters and web pages: in the first line, visible without tapping “more”, expanding or scrolling.
7.2 Video: said out loud and shown on screen at the start, inside the video itself and not only in the description. Repeat it in long videos. Livestreams: at the start and again at regular intervals.
7.3 Stories and images: superimposed on the image or on every Story frame, large enough and on screen long enough to read.
7.4 Podcasts and audio: spoken at the start, and again when you mention the link or code.
7.5 Turn on the platform's paid-partnership tool wherever there is one, set to the language of your content. It is in addition to your disclosure, not instead of it.
7.6 These do not count as disclosure on their own: tagging Wider Group's account, a brand hashtag, showing the brand in the image, a mention in the body, a line in your bio or profile, a comment, a hashtag buried among the hashtags at the end of a caption, text behind a link or “more”, wording such as #sp, #collab, #ambassador, #affiliate, “partner” or “thanks Wider Group”, a personal discount code, or the platform's label alone.
8. Marketing Rules: What You May Claim
8.1 Use only these factual claims about Wider Group and the Offers, and word them as written.
8.2 (a) Wider Group is an AI training company. It teaches teams and individuals to work with Claude and other AI tools, in Hebrew and English.
8.2 (b) The online courses teach through topics and exercises. The courses are available in Hebrew and English.
8.2 (c) A purchase gives immediate digital access to the topics named in the offer. Access has no expiry unless the offer says otherwise. Access is tied to the buyer's account.
8.2 (d) Wider Group is led by Shahar Wider.
8.2 (e) The price is shown in shekels (₪) and includes VAT. The discount for your audience is the one shown in the Portal.
8.2 (f) On refunds, point to the Purchase Terms at wider-group.com/purchase-terms. Do not reword them.
8.3 Any other claim needs Wider Group's prior written approval. Never claim or imply: income, job, promotion, client or career results; guaranteed outcomes; time savings or productivity figures; that your own result is typical; certification, accreditation or a diploma; that Anthropic or anyone else endorses, certifies or runs the course (for example “official Claude course”); enrollment numbers, ratings or reviews; that Wider Group is “the best” or “the only”; or anything about content, prices, refunds or deadlines beyond what Wider Group publishes.
8.4 Genuine experience. Say you took or used a course only if you did. Give only your honest opinion. Do not present synthetic people, students, cloned voices or stock photos as real partners or learners.
9. Marketing Rules: Prices and Offers
9.1 State the price exactly as the Portal shows it: in shekels, the full price including VAT. State the discount as the Portal defines it.
9.2 Present a discount as limited in time or quantity only in wording that Wider Group has given you for it in writing. The wording states which Offers it covers, the regular price, the discount or the final price, the conditions, when it ends and, where the law requires it, the minimum quantity offered. Use it exactly as given. When the discount ends or changes, take down or update the posts that show it.
9.3 Promise nothing about refunds, access or content beyond the Offer page and the Purchase Terms.
10. Marketing Rules: What Is Banned
10.1 Invented scarcity and deadlines: no countdowns, “last seats” or any deadline or limit Wider Group has not confirmed.
10.2 Invented reference prices: no made-up “regular” or “was” price, no “worth X” price and no inflated strike-through.
10.3 Minors: do not direct promotion at people under 18, do not feature minors in paid content about Wider Group, and do not collect minors' details. If a significant share of your audience is under 18, tell Wider Group.
10.4 Unsolicited messages: no messages without consent (clause 11).
10.5 Paid search on Wider brand terms: no paid ads, in search or on social platforms, that bid on words such as “Wider Group” or “Wider” together with a course or Claude, their misspellings, or the words coupon or discount next to them.
10.6 Cookie tricks: no forced or hidden clicks, hidden frames, misleading redirects, pop-ups that replace the link, setting the cookie without a real click or code entry, and no posting of codes on coupon sites.
10.7 Self-purchase: no buying through your own link or code, and no arranging for someone else to buy so that you earn commission.
10.8 Impersonation: do not present yourself as Wider Group, run pages, profiles, ads, domains or emails that look like Wider Group's, or write “official”.
10.9 Fake proof: no fake or bought reviews or testimonials, fake or duplicate accounts, paid or coordinated commenters, bought followers or engagement, or posts that pose as an ordinary customer. Do not post a review of Wider Group on a review platform without disclosing the connection, and do not offer an incentive for a review. If you run a comparison or ranking site, disclose the commission, and the commission must not decide the ranking.
10.10 Giveaways: no raffles, prize draws or giveaways of Wider Group seats or discounts, unless Wider Group runs them.
10.11 Altering marks and claims: do not alter Wider Group's name or logo, and do not change the wording of the approved claims in clause 8.2 so that their meaning changes. Your own content is yours.
11. Marketing Rules: Messages and Calls
11.1 Do not send email, SMS, messages in messaging apps (such as WhatsApp or Telegram), direct messages on social platforms, fax, ringless voicemail or automated calls to promote Wider Group, and do not post to messaging groups or broadcast channels, unless Wider Group approved the campaign in advance and in writing (an email is enough). Wider Group may withdraw an approval at any time and may require advance approval of the wording of the messages and subject lines.
11.2 An approved campaign meets every one of these conditions: every recipient gave prior, explicit consent that covers offers from partners such as Wider Group (the “existing customer” exception does not apply to promoting Wider Group); every message opens with the word “פרסומת” (“Ad” in English) and, in email, carries it in the subject line too; every message identifies Wider Group by name, address and contact details, which Wider Group gives you for each campaign, and includes a simple way to opt out, which Wider Group also supplies; every message states that it is direct mail (דיוור ישיר), who holds the list and where its details came from, and how to ask to be deleted from it and where to send that request, as section 17ו of the Privacy Protection Law requires; no purchased, rented or scraped lists; you keep proof of consent for 7 years and provide it within 3 business days of a request; you honor opt-outs and pass any opt-out related to Wider Group to it within 2 business days.
11.3 Do not call anyone to sell Wider Group, unless Wider Group approved calls as part of an approved campaign. Approved calls to Israeli numbers are made only after checking the Do Not Call registry under the Consumer Protection Law.
11.4 A campaign that reaches recipients in the United States must also meet these conditions, wherever the partner is based and whether or not it signed the US Addendum, under the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state law: accurate sender and routing information; a non-deceptive subject line; clear identification as an advertisement; a valid physical postal address and the opt-out mechanism Wider Group supplies; opt-outs honored within 10 business days, and for texts any reasonable revocation word such as stop, quit, end, revoke, opt out, cancel or unsubscribe; recipients only from your own list who gave prior express written consent that covers offers from Wider Group; scrubbing against Wider Group's current suppression list within the 10 days before each send; and calls, if Wider Group approved them, only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the recipient's local time, after scrubbing against the Do Not Call registry.
12. Channels, Monitoring and Takedown
12.1 Tell Wider Group, in the Portal or by email, about each channel and handle you use to promote Wider Group, within 7 days of first using it, and keep the list current.
12.2 Wider Group may review, record, save and audit your public content that promotes it. By notice about a specific item of paid media or a landing page that carries its name, link or code, it may require you to send it for approval before it goes live. A messaging campaign needs approval under clause 11. Otherwise Wider Group does not require advance approval. Keep copies of content that promotes Wider Group for 24 months and provide them within 5 business days of a request.
12.3 If you receive a notice about non-compliant content, remove or correct it within 24 hours, and at once if it involves minors or a false claim, and confirm in writing. This also covers posts that show an offer that has ended.
12.4 Anyone who sees a partner post that is undisclosed or misleading can report it to shahar@wider-group.com. Tell Wider Group within 2 business days of any complaint, demand letter or claim about your promotion.
12.5 A breach can lead to disabled links and codes, withheld or reversed commission on the affected sales, and termination, as clauses 7 and 11 of the Agreement provide, including your right to object.
13. Versions and Changes
13.1 These terms have a version, and the date at the top of the page identifies it. The version in force on the day you signed is recorded in the signature record.
13.2 Changes to the terms, including the Marketing Rules, follow clause 12 of the Agreement: they apply to the future, 30 days after notice, or 14 days where the law, an authority's directive or a platform policy requires. Each new version requires you to sign again in the Portal.
